Loox is looking for an HR & Recruitment Specialist to join us and take a significant part in building our amazing team! What will you do?:

  • Drive an end-to-end recruitment cycle: job postings, direct approach, screening, conducting in-depth in-person interviews, evaluation, and reference checks.
  • Creatively source top-notch candidates via multiple channels and maintain a strong talent pipeline while creating a great candidate experience.
  • Help us build strong employer branding.
  • Partner with the hiring managers, serve as a focal point for recruitment issues under your responsibility.
  • Conduct reports and analyze data as part of your day-to-day hiring decision, including measuring results- improving efficiency and quality based on a data-driven approach.
  • Improve current processes, and constantly think in a creative and out-of-the-box way.
  • Providing advice and active support to employees and managers about all human resources topics.
  • Leading welfare at the company: events, employee benefits
  • Manage employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding
What will you need:
  • At least 3 years experience as a HR\Talent Acquisition at a startup company.
  • Proven experience with end-to-end recruitment lifecycle and sourcing skills and experience with recruiting databases and social media platforms (such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Stack Overflow, GitHub, and more).
  • Passion for HR and learning.
  • Excellent computer skills, including all MS office programs.
  • High proficiency in English – reading, writing and speaking.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritize work.
