What will you do?:
- Drive an end-to-end recruitment cycle: job postings, direct approach, screening, conducting in-depth in-person interviews, evaluation, and reference checks.
- Creatively source top-notch candidates via multiple channels and maintain a strong talent pipeline while creating a great candidate experience.
- Help us build strong employer branding.
- Partner with the hiring managers, serve as a focal point for recruitment issues under your responsibility.
- Conduct reports and analyze data as part of your day-to-day hiring decision, including measuring results- improving efficiency and quality based on a data-driven approach.
- Improve current processes, and constantly think in a creative and out-of-the-box way.
- Providing advice and active support to employees and managers about all human resources topics.
- Leading welfare at the company: events, employee benefits
- Manage employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding
What will you need:
- At least 3 years experience as a HR\Talent Acquisition at a startup company.
- Proven experience with end-to-end recruitment lifecycle and sourcing skills and experience with recruiting databases and social media platforms (such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Stack Overflow, GitHub, and more).
- Passion for HR and learning.
- Excellent computer skills, including all MS office programs.
- High proficiency in English – reading, writing and speaking.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritize work.
