In this role, you will get the opportunity to oversee a collection of organic marketing initiatives, as well as bring forth new ideas for promoting and strengthening the Loox brand.

  • Outline and execute at least one SEO blog post every 1-2 weeks for our growing publication; build out a strategic owned and distribution strategy per piece
  • Immerse oneself in the world of guerrilla marketing; engage in industry conversation daily in online communities, publications, and groups
  • Strengthen company’s SEO via backlink portfolio management, keyword research, and technical SEO work
  • Conduct extensive market research to gauge and initiate new opportunities for demand generation (YouTube influencers, industry newsletters, podcasts, social media groups etc.)
  • Conceive guest content (blog posts, webinars, infographics) to support co-marketing partnerships with other leading Shopify ecosystem solution providers; strengthen and maintain relationships with marketing partners while also proactively seeking out new opportunities 
  • Oversee the inception, construction, design, and promotion of downloadable, premium content
  • Collaborate with the Senior Marketing Manager on the focus and strategy of monthly product newsletters; monitor performance, coordinate design and devise additional nurture cadences for marketing leads
  • Native English - A MUST
  • At least 3 years experience in a marketing role 
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and best practices/strategies for engagement
  • Experience with content creation, SEO, and content management systems
  • Knowledge of or ability to quickly learn analytics and automation platforms to support various forms of digital marketing
  • Significant interest for learning and growing in the marketing field
  • Experience in the eCommerce industry (an advantage)
