What’s the opportunity

Our Customer Support team is looking for a Customer Support Engineer with a passion for technology and helping customers.

In this role, you’ll be the main point of contact for our clients. Helping them with our product and ensuring they have the best possible experience with Loox.

If you have impeccable English, outstanding interpersonal skills and a love for solving complex problems, we want you on our team!

What you will do

  • Be in charge of our customer happiness and deliver amazing service.
  • Become a product expert who knows the ins-and-outs of what Loox has to offer, and help customers maximize the value they receive from us.
  • Act as the voice of the customer by giving feedback and insights to the rest of the company.
  • Proactively identify opportunities and optimization points to help our customers grow

What are we looking for

  • At least 1 year of experience in customer support.
  • High-level English (native or bilingual proficiency) - Must.
  • Excellent communication skills and customer-oriented attitude - Must.
  • Knowledge of web technologies such as HTML & CSS - advantage.
  • Strong troubleshooting capabilities.
  • Ability to work in an agile, fast-paced, and dynamic environment.

<careers-rte-h2>As a Talent Acquisition Manager at Loox, you will:<careers-rte-h2>

  • Take charge of the recruitment journey, from kickoff meetings to extending offers, while assessing needs, engaging suitable candidates, and optimizing sourcing methods for multiple positions.
  • Build strong relationships with hiring managers and teams, and create innovative strategies that will support recruitment goals.
  • Assess candidates' qualifications to match position requirements and company culture.
  • Monitor hiring processes using data analytics to optimize hiring success.
  • Deliver an outstanding candidate experience.
  • Creatively maintain and develop sourcing channels while keeping a strong talent pipeline.
  • Take an active part in multiple HR initiatives within the team.

<careers-rte-h2>What you’ll need:<careers-rte-h2>

  • 4+ years of experience leading end-to-end hiring processes from tech companies - Must.
  • 2+ years of experience in conducting in-depth behavioral interviews - Must.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English - Must.
  • Proven experience with sourcing techniques in multiple channels.
  • Experienced working with an ATS (Preferred - Comeet).
  • Ability to work independently, multi-task, and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail. 
  • Resourceful and committed team player with great communication skills and a data-driven approach.
