New Integration: Sync Your Loox Reviews with Shopify’s Shop App

We’re excited to announce that we've partnered with Shopify to bring you a powerful new integration. You can now display your reviews and star ratings collected with Loox on the Shop app. You can also display the reviews you've collected through Shop on your online store, making the most of your social proof on every channel, with no extra effort.

And since the integration is two-way, the reviews collected from purchases made on Shop can also be displayed on your online store. You’ll get the most out of the hard-earned social proof you’ve collected across both sales channels.

Getting Started

The integration is automatically enabled for merchants on all Loox plans. To appear on the Shop app, your store must meet the eligibility requirements. Reviews collected through Shop will also be displayed on Loox widgets.

All new reviews collected using Loox will be synced to Shop immediately and vice versa. Reviews collected before the 15th of November, 2023, may take a few weeks to appear on both platforms.
