Our Customer Support team is looking for a Customer Support Engineer with a passion for technology and helping customers.
In this role, you’ll be the main point of contact for our clients. Helping them with our product and ensuring they have the best possible experience with Loox.

What you will do
- Be in charge of our customer happiness and deliver amazing service.
- Become a product expert who knows the ins-and-outs of what Loox has to offer, and help customers maximize the value they receive from us.
- Act as the voice of the customer by giving feedback and insights to the rest of the company.
- Proactively identify opportunities and optimization points to help our customers grow
What are we looking for
- At least 1 year of experience in customer support.
- High-level English (native or bilingual proficiency) - Must.
- Excellent communication skills and customer-oriented attitude - Must.
- Knowledge of web technologies such as HTML & CSS - advantage.
- Strong troubleshooting capabilities.
- Ability to work in an agile, fast-paced, and dynamic environment.

We're looking for a Content Lead who lives and breathes content creation to join and lead our Customer Experience team.
In this role, you'll manage and oversee the creation of various content assets, including marketing materials, client-facing decks, emails, website copy, video scripts, and more. You'll guide your team in turning product briefs into both engaging and educational content while building a content strategy and voice for the company. You'll also lead research efforts and contribute creative ideas to support growth goals. Work closely with Marketing, Product, Support, and other teams to ensure all content is aligned and impactful.

- Hands-on creation of persuasive and engaging social media and other marketing copy such as blogs, case studies, emails, and more.
- Lead and mentor a team of content writers, fostering their growth and ensuring high-quality outputs.
- Be the primary owner of Loox's brand tone of voice, ensuring all team-produced content meets brand standards.
- Oversee the creation of targeted marketing content that amplifies Loox's capabilities and success to drive conversions and better adoption.
- Guide your team in planning and executing high-quality content.
- Take ownership of reviewing and editing all content produced by your team.

- Native English, with a high understanding of Hebrew - Must
- 5+ years of experience in Content Marketing for SaaS products, including team leadership - Must
- Proven ability to manage and mentor a team of content creators - Must
- Experience writing various marketing materials and managing multiple projects with different content needs simultaneously
- Knowledge of strategizing and writing education content
- Strong SEO knowledge and ability to implement best practices
- Experience in ecommerce targeting DTC brands - Advantage
- Comfortable using data and running variant testing to measure and improve the impact of content - Advantage
