Our Customer Support team is looking for a Customer Support Engineer with a passion for technology and helping customers.
In this role, you’ll be the main point of contact for our clients. Helping them with our product and ensuring they have the best possible experience with Loox.

What you will do
- Be in charge of our customer happiness and deliver amazing service.
- Become a product expert who knows the ins-and-outs of what Loox has to offer, and help customers maximize the value they receive from us.
- Act as the voice of the customer by giving feedback and insights to the rest of the company.
- Proactively identify opportunities and optimization points to help our customers grow
What are we looking for
- At least 1 year of experience in customer support.
- High-level English (native or bilingual proficiency) - Must.
- Excellent communication skills and customer-oriented attitude - Must.
- Knowledge of web technologies such as HTML & CSS - advantage.
- Strong troubleshooting capabilities.
- Ability to work in an agile, fast-paced, and dynamic environment.

We’re looking for an experienced Partnerships Lead who understands what makes great partnerships work.
At Loox, you will manage over 1,500 existing partners to directly impact the company’s growth. You will be responsible for discovering opportunities, acquiring new agency partners, and building relationships that go above and beyond usual affiliate commissions. If you’re up for a challenge and want to lead the partner program at Loox, a company with varied partners, including agencies, developers, and big players like Google and TikTok, this is for you!

- Lead the strategic development of our partnership ecosystem and its structure.
- Own and grow our network of 1,500 partners+. Building relationships and increasing the impact of our partners on our revenue and brand.
- Develop, measure, and report on partner KPIs.
- Hands-on acquisition of new partners.
- Represent Loox at industry-wide, online, and local events to increase our brand awareness and potential partners
- Lead communication with agencies, tech partners, and other strategic partners.
- Be the internal champion for our partners and their needs. Collaborate with the product team to solve partner needs and integrate new technical partners.

<careers-rte-h2>What you’ll need<careers-rte-h2>
- 5 years of hands-on experience in partner management or a similar role. - a must.
- Native English (verbal and written) - a must.
- Very strong communication skills.
- Confident in taking on video meetings on a daily basis (in English).
- Ability to travel 10%-20% of the time.
- Experience in content marketing and/or social media marketing - an advantage.
- Experience in working in a marketing agency as a project or account manager - an advantage.
- Experience in working in ecommerce - an advantage.
