Our Customer Support team is looking for a Customer Support Engineer with a passion for technology and helping customers.
In this role, you’ll be the main point of contact for our clients. Helping them with our product and ensuring they have the best possible experience with Loox.

What you will do
- Be in charge of our customer happiness and deliver amazing service.
- Become a product expert who knows the ins-and-outs of what Loox has to offer, and help customers maximize the value they receive from us.
- Act as the voice of the customer by giving feedback and insights to the rest of the company.
- Proactively identify opportunities and optimization points to help our customers grow
What are we looking for
- At least 1 year of experience in customer support.
- High-level English (native or bilingual proficiency) - Must.
- Excellent communication skills and customer-oriented attitude - Must.
- Knowledge of web technologies such as HTML & CSS - advantage.
- Strong troubleshooting capabilities.
- Ability to work in an agile, fast-paced, and dynamic environment.

- Work with R&D, Design, Business, and Customer Experience teams to validate, launch, and iterate on new features that meet both user and business needs.
- Analyze user behavior, product performance, and market trends to drive informed decision-making and impactful product outcomes.
- Align product strategy with business goals, including high-level planning, defining product roadmaps, and prioritizing key features.
- Identify opportunities to deliver customer value, increase product adoption, and drive substantial business growth.
- Gather and integrate insights from customers to guide the product development process and validate key decisions.
- Oversee everything from backlog management and feature prioritization to release planning and ongoing product iterations.
- Maintain expertise on the latest trends, technologies, and best practices to ensure Loox stays at the forefront of innovation.

- 6+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on fast-growing SaaS companies.
- A track record of leading impactful, large-scale initiatives that drive significant customer engagement and business growth.
- Experience with low-touch products: especially B2B2C or consumer products that work on a large scale.
- Strong hands-on analytical skills and a data-driven mindset, with the ability to translate insights into products that move the needle.
- Excellent communication skills, you can clearly articulate ideas and influence stakeholders across all levels (fluent in both English and Hebrew).
- A strong sense of product design and user experience, with an ability to champion UX improvements that delight customers.
- Leadership and execution-oriented mindset, capable of driving organized workflows, prioritizing effectively, and managing multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Experience working in marketplaces or products that require a deep understanding of consumer behavior to drive engagement.
