That’s why we’re taking your visual review collection to the next level with the release of Reviews with Multiple Photos! 

Now, customers can submit up to five photos in one review. This will allow users to highlight your products from multiple perspectives, show comparisons, share before and after photos, and more.

How can customers submit reviews with multiple photos?

Loox’s interactive, engaging, and mobile-friendly review form is easy to set up and takes just a few clicks for your customers to complete. And don’t worry, we’ve updated the review form so your customers can seamlessly upload multiple photos, no action required on your end. 

To submit a review with multiple photos, customers simply need to select “Add photos” in the review form, and they will be able to add up to 5 photos to their review. 

How do I manage and display reviews with multiple photos? 

In the Manage Reviews section, you can view all photos submitted within a review, and select the cover photo. A review’s cover photo will be the main visual displayed for that review on the Product Reviews widget, the Pop-up widget, and Carousel widgets.
