With the latest update to our LoyaltyLion integration, you can build a fully customized reward system.

Here's how to use the integration to get the exact type of content you want:

• Tiered rewards: Match different rewards to different reviews. Reward bonus points for photos, videos, and detailed write-ups, so the more a customer puts in, the more they earn.
• Minimum character counts: Set a character limit so customers only earn points when they leave something genuinely useful.
• Product-specific bonuses: New launch? Slow mover? Offer bonus points for reviews on specific products to build coverage where you need it most.
• VIP rewards: Already running a loyalty program with tiers? Configure bonus rewards for your top customers to encourage even richer content from them.

Why it matters

The more detailed and high-quality your reviews, the more confidence shoppers have to buy. Smarter rewards help you get more of that content, on the products that need it most.

Pro tip: Update your Loox email requests to highlight the reward tiers. Think: "Earn points for your review and bonus points for every photo you include!"
